Roof Repairs

One of our important services is our 24/7 emergency roof repairs. We will find the leak and repair it straight away in 95% of cases.

Our repairs includes the following:

• Minor roof repairs (associated with immediate roof leakage).
• Broken tiles, displaced ridge capping, dislodged gable valley tiles and mortar work (pointing).
• Reseal skylights, chimneys, fluepipe flashing and roof sheating.

Medium roof repairs and minor maintenance as per your request:

• Partial rebedding and repointing of valley and gable tiles or ridge capping, including multiple broken tiles or capping and valley iron.
• Partial replacement of flashings or multiple as above.
• Partial replacement of gutter downpipe or roof sheating.

Full maintenance: 

• Complete rebedding and repointing of entire roof
• Replacement of entire gutter and downpipes
• Total replacement of flashing (as above), including skylight flashing

We can also install roof tiles or metal roof sheeting to your new roof extension to match your existing roof.
